{"id":197,"date":"2020-07-21T22:18:45","date_gmt":"2020-07-21T22:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/costarchem.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=197"},"modified":"2025-06-30T12:54:41","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T12:54:41","slug":"costar-mortar-10","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/costarchem.com\/fr\/produit\/costar-mortar-10\/","title":{"rendered":"Costar Mortar 10"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Costar Mortar 10 is a blended mix of Portland cement, sand and special additives specifically designed for plastering work on block walls, concrete surfaces, bricks and general filling up internally and externally.<\/p>\n<h3>Uses<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Suitable for creating a levelled surface on a very uneven masonry or concrete.<\/li>\n<li>Suitable for smoothing walls and ceilings before final treatment is applied.<\/li>\n<li>Internal and External application.<\/li>\n<li>Suitable for fillings holes and irregularities, levelling and covering ceilings during renovation work.<\/li>\n<li>They are also suitable for direct application to mineral-based substrates such as gypsum boards or plastered surfaces<\/li>\n<li>Repairing, levelling and undercoating old rendered surface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Application Instruction<\/h3>\n<h4>Surface Preparation<\/h4>\n<p>Substrates must be clean, sound, dust free and free from all traces of oil and laitance.<\/p>\n<h4>Mixing and Application<\/h4>\n<p>Mix manually using an electrical hand mixer or mechanically a 20 kg of Costar Mortar 10 with 6 liters of clean water until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Let the mix rest for a few minutes. The mortar should be applied in one direction.
