Costar wall putty is specially developed as a base coat to provide smooth finish on plastered surface, and hence ideal for paint application because paint saving can be up to 50%. It contains finest quality minerals, polymers, white cement and pigments.
Costar wall putty has good waterproofing and water-resistant properties. It particularly offers protective against wind rain when used for external application.
